KENDRA TERPENNING is an award-winning Costume Designer based in Toronto and Vancouver. Since completing her degree (University of Victoria, Bachelor of Fine Arts), Kendra has pursued projects that allow her to develop an authentic voice, with choices rooted in character, setting, and texture. Combining in-depth research, eclectic styling, and bespoke construction, Kendra’s work elevates each production with the visual language of costumes. Upcoming credits include Tiny Fugitives (dir. Michael Lewen) and Season 1 of Doc (Sony/Fox). Past credits include Season 1 of Accused (Sony/Fox), The Kids in the Hall (Amazon), Night Raiders (dir. Danis Goulet), and Through Black Spruce (dir. Don McKellar).

Kendra won the 2022 Canadian Screen Award and 2022 CAFTCAD for Best Costume Design for her work on Night Raiders and received a 2020 CAFTCAD nomination for her work on Goalie (dir. Adriana Maggs). She is a member of the IATSE Local 891 and NABET Local 700.
